Shipping Information

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If you place your order before 3:00 PM (EST), it will be processed on the same day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Delivery can be expected within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

We currently ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on all orders.

International Shipping Origin

Our products are sourced and shipped directly from China, allowing us to offer high-quality items at competitive prices. All shipments are fully compliant with international shipping regulations and are handled by trusted carriers to ensure a smooth delivery to your door. While transit times may be slightly longer due to the international nature of our shipping, we are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible within the stated delivery window.

Delivery Delays

If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact us with your order number so that we may investigate.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email support@newyork-drape.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please take photographs and send them to support@newyork-drape.com, including your order number.

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
